The Fairfax EggBank, a division of the Genetics & IVF Institute, is seeking a full-time, Senior Sales and Client Development Manager to effectively optimize the recipient (sales) process, improve communications, increase sales across the donor portfolio, and establish and track KPIs while providing a motivating team oriented environment.

Strategic/Transformational Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies opportunities and implements change to enhance the Client Services’ team performance, development, operational process and efficiency, leading to empowered and engaged work ethic and increased profitability of Fairfax EggBank.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clinic partners to ensure high quality of service including the creation and customization standard operating procedures for clinic partners
  • Establish individual and department goals for the Client Services team
  • Track KPIs and report to upper management on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Identify areas to optimize the existing processes, and oversee the automation of certain functions
  • Collaborate with marketing lead to establish email marketing campaigns for recipients,
  • Research new potential clinic partnerships and oversee implementation of new/revised procedures, SOP
  • Communicate with marketing and production teams to constantly innovate and improve upon programs
  • Collaborate and provide feedback to production team on recipient criticism and donor selection as the business matures
  • Serve as the point of contact for recipient feedback and nurture relationships
  • Provide additional thorough consultation to recipients of replacement cohorts or secondary compassionate care purchases
  • Recognize need for escalation when appropriate
  • Evaluate process between recipient, recipient’s clinic, and Fairfax EggBank lab to streamline communication, purchase, and shipment of donor oocytes
  • Contribute expertise in response to qualify and maintain leads and case management to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Provide leadership and deep expertise on Fairfax EggBank services and donors, allowing recipients to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with the Fairfax Cryobank team for combined shipments of oocytes and sperm
  • Collaborate to update and maintain controlled documents and forms, based on case review and business needs
  • Research and sustain knowledge of competitor offerings
  • Review and analyze existing contracts, and make improvements where necessary
  • Assess and optimize billing protocol, streamline where appropriate for the needs of the business
  • Manage and schedule activities of the Client Services team
  • Analyze statistics of past sales and current inventory and create reflecting spreadsheets and reports
  • Visit clinics, attend conferences, and trainings to serve as a representative of Fairfax EggBank while networking with potential and current affiliate partners
  • Establish and communicate Client Services’ needs for new information systems development, and test all functionality throughout the build
  • Conduct donor selection consultations
  • Oversee employee hiring, management, education and training
  • Develop and conduct employee reviews for direct reports
  • Occasionally assist laboratory supervisors/directors with donor/specimen issues
  • Coordinate donor reactivations and donor information searches
  • Serve as patient counselor, liaison between employees and management within a fast-paced environment

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5-8 years customer service, sales, account management, or related experience is required
  • 5 years in customer service management, oversight of prior direct reports is required
  • Excellent computer/typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, CRM systems, email automation
  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically NextGen is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a bonus
  • Spanish fluency is a bonus
  • Travel up to 25% required
  • Experience recruiting and managing a highly effective customer relations team
  • Proven leader in customer service with superior coaching and motivational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate
