Job Title: Commercial Sales Analyst, Mobility

 

Your role in helping us shape the future:

As an integral member of the Sales, Marketing, and Communications team, you will provide critical support to the commercialization of key mobility platforms.

 

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Increase customer satisfaction by developing new processes for capacity provisioning, service purchasing, KPI reporting.  Improve Intelsat response time (reduce friction).
  • Increase Intelsat profitability by optimizing capacity utilization, network design and transition costs.  Adopt win/win mentality but drive increased profitability for Intelsat.
  • Lead the provisioning, contracting and increase of profitability of services for key mobility clients
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and Intelsat's customers to drive commercialization of these products and services.
  • You “make the news” - not just - “report the news”.

You should definitely have:

  • Business or technical undergraduate degree
  • 3 years' relevant experience partnering with customers
  • Strong individual leadership skills ~  See it…own it…fix it…drive it…
  • Customer interaction, team/matrix leadership, facilitation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of mobility satellite services, commercial contracting & provisioning
  • Ability to assess and modify internal and customer facing processes to reduce cycle time & cost' Evolve the processes; don't entrench them.
  • Ability to develop KPIs, work with teams to capture and track data, analyze and make recommendations based on data
  • You are a natural with analyzing & recommending - not just producing excel pages for everyone
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally up to 30% 

It would be nice if you had:

  • Maritime experience
  • Lots of energy and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Track record of treating obstacles as challenges to overcome
