This position is responsible for the achievement of strategic and operational goals of the Adventist HealthCare system related to the growth and development of the organization's employed and aligned physician relationship models with physicians and its advancement of population health initiatives. This position is responsible for strategic, operational and physician development initiatives of the Population Health department's behavioral health integration strategies. The position is focused on the growth and coordination of behavioral health services and the integration of behavioral health coordination and integration with primary care provider relationships within the Adventist HealthCare network of employed and aligned physicians through the Adventist Medical Group (AMG), One Health Quality Alliance and the One Health Care Transformation Organization.
The specific areas of responsibility include:
*The Behavioral Health OWC operation
*Physician Recruitment and Retention strategies related to Behavioral Health
*The One Health Quality Alliance, AHC's Clinically Integrated Network
*The One Health Quality Care Transformation Organization (CTO)
