Haute Catering by Ridgewells is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the management, budget and operations of the Sales Department at our House of Representative division, Capitol Host.  As the sole on site caterer for the House of Representatives, this candidate will be responsible for overseeing all catered functions coordinated by the Capitol Host Event Designers from origination to execution; will work consistently with Event Designers to generate new business and maintain existing accounts; is responsible for managing customer service and rectifying problems; developing realistic and aggressive long- and short-range objectives for the Event Designers and manages schedules and assist in interviewing, training, coaching and evaluating staff. The candidate will works closely with the Director of Operations on achieving sales team goals and objectives.  Applicant should have two to five years of professional/food service sales experience, including a minimum of two years managing a sales team, strong management, organization, sales, problem solving and communication skills and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Salary compensatory with experience.
