The Grants Management Associate assists with grant work including but not limited to grant application preparation, submission, administration and tracking, reporting, and reimbursement. Creates new accounts, monitors all expenses, verifies availability of funds and allowable expenses as dictated by funding agency, processes and tracks invoices for grant payment. Enters and/or maintains records in the grants module of Workday, entering awards, grants, and runs reports. Identifies potential issues including instances of non-compliance and communicates identified issues to the Grants Management Manager. Assists with federal final expenditure reports for submission. Assists with forecast of future funding and associated expenses. Participates in Single Audit (A-133) as required, yearly. Interprets sponsor and AHC requirements, guidelines, policies and/or practices for grantees; learns federal regulations and requirements governing grants.
Work Schedule:


Occasional requirements in evenings to meet deadlines.
