Requirements Analyst - 1707
The MIL Corporation is seeking a Requirements Analyst to work with system engineering and lifecycle logistics functions to transform operational needs into effective and affordable operational systems. Responsibilities include preparation, development, and updates to engineering and logistics acquisition documentation, presentation materials, official correspondences, resource allocation spreadsheets, and Integrated Program Schedules (IPS). Also prepare facility requirements and associated planning information to support the integration and evaluation of the RQ-21A system; assist in the development of detailed test plans and procedures / test and evaluation reports; review of Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) data and report on R&M program status; review of obsolescence data; and the development of databases related to reliability, failure, supply, usage and operational data of UAS parts, sub-systems and systems. Prepare and coordinate procurement packages/requests to include Statements of Works (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Certifications of Urgency, Justifications, and Approvals (J&As), and other data and documents. Conduct Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) utilizing the Program Management Tool (PMT) to support the planning and execution of acquisition efforts.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution in Business or a related discipline.
5 years experience providing technical and management support within the DoD organization.
Must have excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with engineers, and contract specialists.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Previous experience and knowledge of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).Education BA/BS Clearance All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.
