You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:
GS-14 Level:You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes Experience performing a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude which influences policy and/or procedures; Experience applying management principles and processes to perform project/program management studies to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations. Experience preparing and presenting, communications, briefings, and/or analysis documents on complex issues to large audiences, executives and/or senior leadership. Prepare action plans and schedules for various phases of program accomplishment, both short and long-range and ensures that plans are consistent with Service goals, schedules, and policies; Conduct briefings and prepare comprehensive reports to keep managers or executives advised of program progress and to communicate findings and recommendation.
- The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-timework; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
