Position-specific Conditions of Employment
1. Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 (Secret) clearance.

General Conditions of Employment
1. A one-year probationary period may be required upon selection.

3. At least two years of experience equivalent to the NF-03 grade level in a federal human resources office or equivalent practicing in at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing & Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Training where I analyzed, evaluated and recommended appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated Human Resources problems and issues and conducted my work using a variety of human resources information systems.

In addition to the minimum qualifications in question 1 a minimum of 12 months experience working in a Department of Defense NAF Human Resources Office.
Education may not be substituted for experience when qualifying for this position.
This position does not provide moving expenses/PCS costs.
This is a non-bargaining unit position.
