A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Expertise in CT and CP operations and interagency responsibilities.
- The ability to resolve complex problems, demonstrate innovative thinking, resourcefulness and ingenuity in coordinating support for Research and Development programs.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

This is an Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) Workforce position in the Program Management career field.The incumbent will be required to become certified, Level II in the Program Management career field within 24 months, unless a Position Requirements Waiver is approved to extend the 24 months.
Incumbent is expected to be available for weekend travel, weekend layovers during travel, and long hours while in travel status.Incumbent is TDY approximately 25% of the time.Travel to remote, austere locations in both CONUS and OCONUS will be required and appropriate protocols must be followed.
