Position Overview

Apply to join the Freddie Mac Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion division where you will support the design, modification and maintenance of the firm’s HR Information Systems (Workday) and Applicant Tracking System (Kenexa/Brassring). You will work under limited direction independently while determining and developing the best approaches to solutions. You will represent the organization as the principal customer contact and often perform project leadership roles. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

Operations and Technology
* Primary backup for manager role
* Utilize Workday community to research and network with other users to brainstorm system solutions
* Participate in Workday user group meetings
* Perform analysis and recommendations for system optimization
* Review, validate & Approve Business Process Transactions
* Perform functional configuration tasks that satisfy end user requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements
* Responsible for triaging issues, identifying root-cause(s) and prioritizing and implementing tested fixes.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes within assigned areas and support troubleshooting efforts
* Review and Test Workday releases

Production Support and Security Maintenance
* Kenexa Maintenance
* Write end user documentation/Job Aids
* Help Desk/Production Support
* Support system requirements and processes for Personnel Security
* Production security backup, provisioning and access

Data Quality
* Ad Hoc reporting and updates to system data
* Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) creation and loads



Basic Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in HRIS, or a combination of HR and HRIS experience
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* At least 2 years of Workday experience

* Ability to work effectively under operational and initiative deadlines
* Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding (Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems)
* Proven Microsoft Excel experience
* Strong testing background to include requirements, script execution, and documentation
