In addition to the meeting the competencies, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14), which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.
Skill Set 1) Experience providing policy and strategic planning, oversight, and direction on cybersecurity and information security management and implementation of complex integrated information systems.
Skill Set 2) Experience as technical expert providing cybersecurity strategy, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical enterprise wide IT systems and cybersecurity issues.
Skill Set 3) Experience conducting analysis and providing advice on issues of national impact, such as the cybersecurity, FISMA, FITARA, and other Federal initiatives.
