Minimum Qualification Requirements
Specialized Experience for the GS-15
One year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 performing all three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
- Experience providing expert legal and policy advice that reflects a mastery of Title IX, other civil rights laws, and/or the Methods of Administration program.
- Experience overseeing the work of employees, including policy-focused work and/or the Methods of Administration program.
- Experience coordinating and communicating across teams, offices, agencies and/or departments in a manner that represents an office position on complex and nuanced legal and policy issues.
