Youth Sports Instructors
The George Mason University, Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center is seeking Youth Sports Instructors to teach the fundamentals of a variety of sports to youth beginners. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who have teaching experience with children, and excellent knowledge and background in a variety of sports (e.g., soccer, t-ball, basketball, football, tennis, etc.) Available hours: Monday and Wednesday daytime, and Sunday morning.
Required Qualifications: Must be able to work in a teacher-student ratio of 1:12, be dependable, and have good communication and customer service skills. Successful applicants will have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
This position is subject to a criminal background investigation. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of this process.
