- Data entry into HRIS
- Monitor contractor status as well as employee appraisals
- Process new hire/termination paperwork
- Maintain employee files and strict confidentiality
- Prepares all reporting requirements
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Answer staff questions pertaining to policies, benefits, forms, and payroll documents.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelors degree (ideally in Business Administration or HR)
- Ability to start quickly and commit to an indefinite contract term
- Position requires a criminal background check
