IT Desktop Support Analyst
AboutWeb has a prime contract with Social Security Administration in Baltimore, supporting personnel with computer issues. This position can be Tier 1 helpdesk in nature, and can also be Tier II or III with Desktop support, depending on the issue. Printers, Outlook, MS Exchange, Active Directory, LAN access, SharePoint, and various MS applications are all a part of the typical day. The campus houses 26,000 employees and our contract supports 500 or so key personnel. Must have outstanding customer service skills as well as the technical skills needed to be considered. Only US Citizens are eligible as a clearance is required to do this work. Active SSA credentials or those who have worked there within the past 6 months preferred.
