PRINCIPAL TUBA/CIMBASSO*

TUTTI VIOLIN I (Two Positions Available)**

Application Deadline for all positions: November 2, 2018

*Principal Tuba/Cimbasso Audition Dates: January 14-16, 2019

**Tutti Violin I Audition Dates: January 22-24, 2019

In the audition, cimbasso excerpts must be played on tuba. The winner will be expected to provide a cimbasso for appropriate repertoire in the position.

Employment will begin in September 2019, with earlier employment possible. For 342 hours of opera and 7 weeks of ballet in the 2018-19 season, principal salary is approximately $89,331 plus benefits, and tutti salary is approximately $70,465 plus benefits.
