Job Summary/Company:  

A preferred Sparks Group Partner is seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills for a long term/indefinite contract.  Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist with the creation of purchase orders
  •  Track expenses
  •  Coordinate travel arrangements 
  •  Additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
