Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field and at least five (5) years of experience working in Human Resources of which at least three (3) years of specialized experience in organizational development and/or performance management.
- An advanced degree in a related field.
- Certification from an accredited Human Resources Organization (ex. SHRM, HRCI, ATD)

This job is being filled by an alternative hiring process and is not in the competitive Federal civil service.
Please note there is a mandatory one year probationary period for all non-judicial new employees.
