What you'll do in this role:
Drive forward development of onboarding projects for new Arc clients by creating the product backlog for custom-developed websites and complex content migrations.
Lead multiple Arc onboarding scrum teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
Work closely with client stakeholders - including journalists, developers, designers, advertising and analytics managers - to gather requirements, and decompose these requirements into user stories. Lead weekly grooming sessions with the client throughout the project.
Work with the development teams to clarify stories and provide detail needed to estimate and execute on planned work.
Become a subject-matter expert on Arc products and best practices, in order to advise clients on how to take advantage of Arc's extensive suite of tools.
Lead demo and UAT sessions with the client to ensure the work performed by our team meets their expectations.
Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to ensure work is aligned with overall program delivery timeline.
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
Work with Arc's Newsroom Integration Consultants in managing configuration of the Arc products being delivered to the client, and testing the installation.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Gather website traffic analytics and feedback from the client to identify new opportunities and areas for enhancements.
