  • Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FG/GS-10 or FV-G) in the Federal Government. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is that which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is typically in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled.

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience performing a variety of administrative, office and management support services to assist the front office in the planning, management, and direction of the organization; OR
    • Experience coordinating with multiple offices to accomplish assigned tasks and ensuring assigned tasks are completed based on priority and need of the office; AND
    • Providing guidance on established administrative policies and procedures.
