Administrative Assistant | Customer Care
Well-established and growing landscape company in Alexandria, VA is looking for a self-sufficient, motivated person with excellent people skills. Candidate must have customer service experience and be able to handle a high volume, fast-paced workload during peak season.
Answer multiple phone lines in a professional and engaging manner; excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients
- Enter sales leads into client database (Asset); knowledge of this software helpful, but not required
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments for multiple designers | account mangers
- Possess excellent computer skills and have ability to learn fast; attention to detail is imperative! Candidate must have working experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
- General administrative duties as needed
- A love of landscaping and gardening is a big plus!
