The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a development associate with strong Raiser's Edge experience to provide support to a busy and far-reaching non-profit in DC. This role will be responsible for maximizing database usage in the donor development and fundraising effort to help extend the member/donor community to the next level.  This role is available immediately and perfect for someone with development experience looking to dive in with a team that is passionate and focused.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage Raiser's Edge database
  • Track and update donor and gift information
  • Strategize on best use of database tools
  • Run queries and reports
  • Collaborate with team on strategies and initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • 1+ years of professional experience using Raiser's Edge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently
