The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced professional to handle the administrative and logistical support to the organizational development team of an established national non-profit.  This role will be responsible for providing extensive program management support and is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and passionate candidate seeking to join an organization dedicated to providing resources to under-served communities across the nation.  This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage meeting and conference call logistics
  • Provide program management support to orientation, initiative, and training programs
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Work with web based assessment tools
  • Provide support to Board
  • Meeting planning
  • Document management
  • Resource and information sharing
  • Provide logistical support for office wide events and national conference

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong organization and administrative project management skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive work style
  • 3+ years administrative support experience
  • Board support experience preferred
  • Ability to work and problem solve independently
  • Advanced MSOffice skills, project management software a plus
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
