Background or Security Investigation: This is a Non Critical position which requires a background investigation. The individual selected for this position is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security determination to occupy a Non Critical position within the agency as a condition of employment.

Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in social psychology, research, education, or related field.

A minimum of three years of experience in evaluating, analyzing, summarizing, and organizing data (including trend analysis) and writing technical reports.

A minimum of two years of experience creating, administering, analyzing, and managing survey instruments designed to monitor, assess, and report academic program effectiveness.

Intermediate-level user of software and tools for word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations (in particular Microsoft Office suite).

Organizational skills and ability to positively react to the stress and pressures associated with problem solving in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to adjust work patterns to accommodate changes in workload, priorities, and work products. Ability to prioritize many tasks to meet deadlines.

Experience providing excellent customer-service type of support to internal and external stakeholders

This is a Title 10 Excepted Service Appointment. Appointment is not to exceed 3 years with the possibility for extension.     Describe your expertise utilizing software and tools for word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, and
    presentations. Include the name of the products used, use of statistical software and the types of projects.
