The Ambulatory Business Coordinator reports directly to the AVP, Urgent Care and Employer Health, but supports all Ambulatory service lines (Imaging, Urgent Care and LifeWork Strategies) and is responsible for operations of Ambulatory business services. The Coordinator uses all resources and relationships to manage contracts, vendors, supply chain, and logistical team operations for the department. The Coordinator will perform medical provider onboarding consistent with company policies and objectives.
The Ambulatory Business Coordinator will also support the leadership in the department in day to day operational tasks, planning and scheduling.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Proactive, detail-oriented and strategic thinker
Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly who can become the central point of contact for the team to navigate shared services.
Ability to travel between various offices / locations
Technical ability: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Adobe Pro or editing software, knowledge of business environment, including email and phone etiquette.
Experience with Workday a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in a business or healthcare related field
2-3+ years' relevant experience
2-3+ years' experience working in a detail-oriented business environment

- Administrative Business Operations for the Ambulatory Service Lines (Imaging, Urgent Care Centers, LifeWork Strategies) - answering calls, scheduling meetings, organizing logistical administrative operations.
Business Operation tasks, including, but not limited to: billing, contract management, vendor management, team logistics, supply chain, submit MCSE/DOT reports to the National Database, Support UCA accreditation efforts
Provider onboarding coordination - conduct onboarding sessions, arrange logistical arrangements for onboarding, ensure paperwork and electronic processes are complete.
Team Coordination - Manage department recognition programs, including communications, selection process, payroll coordination and overall documentation management, Coordinate Recognition Week events for staff, support Medical Director with provider staff scheduling
