New Client Coordinator
Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has a Permanent Placement opportunity providing customer service/client support in Frederick, MD. This position is part of a call center that follows up on warm leads, after potential customers reach out regarding their interest. We are looking for candidates with a mix of customer service and inside sales experience. Please ensure you CALL as the second step in the submittal process! $35K base with realistic potential for $60K annual salary range. Tuesday through Friday : 11:30 am to 9:00 pm (8.75 hours a day) Saturday: 9:15 am to 1:00 pm (3.75 hours a day) Responsibilities: Manage the process of following up with potential customers regarding their inquiries from sales efforts generated by various marketing efforts to include online, television, radio and direct mail advertising and may be inbound calls on a toll-free number and outbound calls in response to requests for information. Maintain accurate client records using Excel Spreadsheets, Client Record Management systems and various contact management tactics. Accurately complete applications, mandatory forms and all other necessary documents. Ensure customer understanding with detailed approach to explaining company products, services and best practices.
