•\tHandles all customer service inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
•\tWorks to respond and complete tasks related to the inquiry or complaint and to correct
information on the patient's account according to the patient's correspondence, email or
phone call.
•\tEvaluate patient's accounts to answer questions or bring resolution to issues.
•\tSubmits adjustment requests if required.
•\tInteract with our patient's over the telephone or when visiting the office in a friendly, fast,
courteous and efficient manner.
•\tAttention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
•\tBe a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high
quality service to our customers
•\tMaintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPPA guidelines
•\tMaintains professional and courteous behavior to ensure positive image within the
community served and to promote customer satisfaction.
•\tMeets individual quality and quantity performance goals and expectation.
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:30am -6:00pm
