Configure centralized business processes in Workday to meet requirements for compensation, benefits, absence, recruiting, talent, and Human Capital Management operations. Consult with internal clients and manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects. Document requirements, discuss configuration design options, identify solutions, plan and execute. Identify solutions that are appropriate to the organization's needs and culture, including data requirements, approvals, security and notifications. Create condition rules to customize business process routing across business areas. Configure sandbox tenants to test all aspects of configuration including business process functionality, notifications, routing, messaging, security, data integrity, reporting and user experience. Run reports to audit data and execute changes to correct issues. Create Workday reports. Design reports focused on utility, visual presentation, and ease of interpretation for the end user. Provide training for employees and managers. Job is in DC.
Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus
2 years of experience w/ business process analysis and 1 year of experience configuring Workday business processes including notifications, security policies, routing, and condition rules. All experience may be concurrent.
