Shady Grove Adventist Aquilino Cancer Center seeks to hire a Program Manager, CRT who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. This position is responsible for assuring compliance with American College of Surgeon Commission on Cancer (ACS COC) Standards, National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) Standards, NQF Measures of Quality, and other oncology related standards for facilities assigned. Manages the delivery of high quality data from analyzing cases, data abstraction, and database management from multiple clinical databases. Provides support to the Vice President of Cancer Services Line, Director of Cancer Services and Tumor Registry staff. Provides support for activities related to oncology program growth. Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in a hospital, state, or free standing cancer registry or
equivalent oncology related data collection activity. Strong computer literacy including
command of Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word, etc).
• Familiarity with Metriq cancer registry software, Cerner and MOSAIQ EMR preferred.
• Proficiency with cancer registry data base applications.
• Strong customer service skills including effective verbal, written and graphical
• Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
• Certification as Tumor Registrar (CTR).

You will provides support for activities related to oncology program growth. Responsible for aggregating and evaluating data for the tumor registrar, coordination of Quarterly Cancer Committee, drafting correspondences including marketing materials, executive/annual reports, and presentations for multiple programs for Shady Grove Adventist Aquilino Cancer Center . You will manage the delivery of high quality data from analyzing cases, data abstraction, and database management from multiple clinical databases. You will also ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to state regulations, good clinical practice, and good clinical data management.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Day shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
