Job Summary: The Associate Financial Analyst for Unmanned Systems conducts analysis, maintains forecasts, and provides EACs for programs. Under the direction of a Sr. Manager, Finance, the FA will prepare monthly budgets, cost projections, and sales and profit estimates. Responsibilities: - The FA will be an integral part of the program team. - Maintain program measurement control systems -Assist ISC with forecasting for material and manufacturing base, capital forecasting and forecasting headcount needs for all areas of ISC. -Assist ISC with development of overhead budgets, approving all overhead requisitions including bulk purchases, reviewing bulk inventory reserve and cycle count adjustments. -Provide guidance to directors/managers within ISC and assisting with ideas to minimize Overhead costs, improve processes and increase efficiency. - Establish and maintain baselines and EAC's in the Earned Value tool (MPM) - Analyze program trend data for Estimate to Complete (ETC) validity checks - Provide real time information to Sr. Finance Manager regarding EAC swings, program updates - Create and maintain standard financial reports (Cost Projection Forecasts (CPFs), Monthly Program Status Reports (MPSRs), Earned Value reports (CPRs), and actual cost reports.
