The Campaign Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of our clients by managing the delivery of best in class, error-free digital campaigns. In addition, our Campaign Managers support our Account Management team in ensuring client retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. What You'll Do: Partner with clients to establish goals and provide recommendations to maximize performance and produce quantifiable results on a wide range of campaigns, including, acquisition, engagement, and win-back. Successfully manage the campaign process through design, production and QA to ensure error-free campaigns are delivered within specified SLAs. Develop marketing and creative concepts, write copy / subject lines and complete effective creative briefs. Develop and maintain expertise on current trends in digital / email industry as well as knowledge of Fishbowl applications. Effectively track time via Fishbowl's time reporting system. What You'll Need: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing services organization. Well-versed in digital media trends and best practices. Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, with aggressive deadlines, across multiple teams. Able to handle shifting priorities and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt communication style to relevant audience. Experience with Microsoft Office Photoshop a plus Experience with enterprise-level digital marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Salesforce., etc.) a plus Ability to work 11 am - 8 pm shift a plus
