Sr. Analyst, Labor/Workforce Management Systems Bethesda, MD The Sr. Analyst, Labor/Workforce Management Systems is a member of Total Wine's Retail Operations team and will be a key contributor in supporting the department's mission to deliver best-in-class store workforce management solutions for our 175+ retail locations. As a member of our Labor/Workforce Management team, the Sr. Analyst will leverage their expertise in workforce management systems to ensure that our processes and systems maximize store efficiency and optimizes store payroll management. This position will serve as the subject matter expert for Retail Operations and require cross-functional collaboration in this multi-product solution (Time & Attendance, Human Resources, and Payroll Processing). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Workforce Management System (Kronos 8.1) design/setup * Address and resolve business issues while maintaining data integrity within the application * Oversee Retail Operations WFM system policies and procedures to ensure best-in-class store level execution * Ensure store management teams are fully trained on how to leverage WFM system via various employee training initiatives across multiple platforms (Classroom, Webex, recorded tutorials) * Work closely with IT management in planning and executing large-scale projects (ie, routine maintenance and system upgrades) * Design, develop, and maintain WFM system reporting * Management of third party temporary labor vendors to ensure purchase orders are effectively executed * Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing organizational practices with team members and business clients JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Experience, Skills and Education: * Experience managing retail workforce management system (Kronos, Reflexis, JDA, etc.) * Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational and problem solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changes in project scope * Ability to build and foster cross-departmental partnerships to achieve common objectives * Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements * Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, Analytics, IT or related field) from an accredited college or university.
