Amazon Web Service Software Engineer with C++ and Java(Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Required)
Overview We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Software Engineer to join our team to support our Mission Critical customer in the design, development, and test of software-based signal processing, data processing and cloud development. Responsibilities The successful candidate should have familiarity with Software Engineering disciplines and seek to apply those skills to a technically challenging engineering environment. Candidates should also possess math, science, or engineering skills. This position provides an opportunity to develop skills in the following areas: cloud architectures, software development, and signal processing applications. The selected candidate will perform software code development and engineering, interface definition, modeling, coding, test planning and test execution, working within a team to accomplish customer development and deployment goals. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Information Systems and 2-6 years of experience. Familiarity with Software Engineering disciplines Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform C/C++, Java or other high level coding PREFERRED: Experience with Agile Development Methods Networking familiarity (TCP/IP, UDP) Python and/or other Scripting Languages Linux Application Development STK XML, JSON, HTTP, SQL MatLab, Simulink Experience working in Automated Test Environments Solid familiarity with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) AWS and/or networking certifications SECURITY CLEARANCE: This position requires the candidate to have a current TS/SCI security clearance and to maintain the clearance.
