SummaryAOPA is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with a strong digital background to coordinate and execute acquisition projects with a cross functional team to drive new membership growth. The role requires creativity, collaboration and digital focus that injects innovation and ideas into every part of AOPA's work. The ideal candidate is self-driven, collaborative, and capable of optimizing programs in alignment with marketing goals. In addition, candidate will help develop and curate content according to our membership strategy to engage with pilots and attract new members. While working closely with the marketing and brand experience teams to proactively drive membership priorities and develop campaigns that align with our broad reach and key audience segments.Key Responsibilities Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to generate new leads and members for AOPA Execute campaigns across multiple marketing channels including search, video, display, retargeting, email and social Leverage content marketing and social marketing concepts in assigned projects Run a steady cadence of interactive testing campaigns to improve performance Help develop targeted messaging and lead gen campaigns for our variety of audience segments Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience Four to five years of digital marketing experience including project managing emails, SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting and social media marketing Expertise in marketing software including Google Analytics, SEO software, CRM software (Salesforce, Personify) and marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.). In addition, experience working with AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn Organizational skills and ability to adhere to established timelines, budgets, and other performance metrics Prior experience writing and editing marketing copy Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong interest in aviation or a desire to learn to fly is highly encouraged
