Our Client Services Specialists are the "voice" of CareerBuilder Employment Screening - they connect with customers to provide information and resolve issues. This requires a high attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, a strong service orientation, persistence, and the ability to be adaptable. Communicate with clients and applicants via phone, email and chat queues Provide information about products and servicesObtain details on complaints and requestsProcess requests then resolve with accuracy and efficiencyProvide training/guidanceAnalyze and interpret information received from callers using deductive and inductive reasoning skills to determine the best solution and follow through to completionRecord details of all calls and tasks, as well as actions taken, into CRM toolCommunicate with supervisors, peers, leaders and other departments regarding caller requestsProvide tutorials and guidance on proprietary system (WebACE)Meet CareerBuilder Employment Screening quality standards for services by adhering to client guidelines, regulations, policies, and proceduresContribute to team effort in maintaining service level agreements (SLA)Other related duties, as neededHigh school degree or GEDCriminal justice or similar degree (preferred)Successful completion of NAPBS FCRA Basic Certification (training and certification provided upon hire)2+ years of customer service experienceBackground screening experience (preferred)Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive)Ability to multitask (ie, read or type while talking on the phone)Strong written and verbal comprehension and expression skillsAbility to type 35+ WPMPrevious experience using proprietary systemsPrevious experience with CRM systems (ie, Salesforce) (preferred)
