Requisition Title MS Dynamics CRM Application Engineer Part Time? No Department Corporate Systems City Arlington State VA Description Position Summary : Assist and deliver solutions to complex technical issues related to CRM. Participate in CRM architectural discussion with Product Architecture team. Mentor and assist the team in providing quality solutions related to CRM. Communicate to the business team effectively. Work with cross functional teams to deliver solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilites: Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies to support business needs and use of the CRM application. Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues). Work with the project team to provide database support for CRM tools and applications through source to target mapping (ie CRM form fields to database). Develop and support data integration jobs using Scribe. Develop and support integration solutions of MS Dynamics CRM with Sharepoint (Office 365), Outlook and Web Services (SOAP, REST, JQuery & ODATA Query) consumption and development. Provide technical assistance and mentoring to the team and business users. Take part in the architectural discussion and work with various teams for the impact analysis and best practice suggestions. Requirements Functional Knowledge Required: Deep functional knowledge in CRM and how CRM can be effectively used to streamline the business process. Deep expertise of data integration solutions like Scribe and native data import tool in CRM to import data to CRM from external data sources. Support business's reporting needs through expertise in creating custom Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports as well as native CRM reports. Expertise in customizing and configuring CRM using .NET and JavaScript to satisfy project requirements. Well versed in CRM architecture and how the entities are structured and related. Must have experience in SharePoint and integrating enterprise applications. Business Expertise Required : In-depth knowledge about ARC business process pertaining to CRM. Always on the lookout for improving the business process through automation and usability improvements. Skills & Abilities Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 3 - 5 years of experience in CRM Engineering Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), a corporate system, and related technologies (ie Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration, etc.) Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods (SSIS, Web services, Scribe Insight, Scribe Online) Good knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit Good knowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development Knowledge of Programming languages - C#,, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, Silverlight Knowledge of CRM development or integration best practices Understanding of SQL Reporting Services and MOSS/SharePoint (Office365) Services Consulting Experience Hand's on experience building systems and processes EOE M/F/D/V Females and Minorities Encouraged to Apply Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
