Strategic and Theater Sealift Supply Support Specialist

Key Role:

Provide a Navy client with supply and provisioning support in maritime acquisition and sustainment programs. Gather data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for improving the client's supply and provisioning operations. Provide management, analysis, and development of the Logistics Support Information (LSI), Allowance Equipment List (AEL), General Use Consumable List (GUCL) items, and all Buy List reviews. Review all products related to supply support and assure configuration control of the baseline logistics products for installed equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in working with a DoD or DHS acquisition program office providing supply and provisioning support

-Experience with Allowance Equipment Lists (AEL), Allowance Parts Lists (APL), and General Use Consumable Lists (GUCL)

-Experience with ICAPS and development of Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) packages

-Experience with the COSAL development process

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in the military as a US Navy or US Coast Guard Store Keeper (SK), Logistics Specialist, or Supply Officer

-Possession of excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-DAWIA Level I Certification in Life Cycle Logistics
