    Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, and will typically be demonstrated by working at, or immediately below the level of the job being advertised, for a year or more. The previous work experience must clearly demonstrate the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Specialized experience required for this position is:
    • Researching and analyzing intelligence activities associated with worldwide Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), counter- proliferation, and arms control.
    • Experience with Counter WMD intelligence plans, programs and doctrine.
    • Executing counter-proliferation network analysis.
    Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

This position cannot be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization without seriously impairing the capability of the organization to function effectively; therefore this position is designated key which requires the incumbent or designated alternative to be screened form military recall status
