Lourie Center - Early Head Start Program

Work closely with Head Start program staff and Support Center team on preparing, entering and submitting incoming (A/P) invoices for approval and payment and communicate with the AHC AP department insuring all submitted invoices are paid timely.

Accurately prepare budget tracking sheets for all program grants, assists with grant reporting and invoicing (A/R) preparation and file and maintain all received and submitted invoices, reports in electronic recordkeeping system.

Communicates with staff, contractors, and partners on questions, comments, and/or concerns related to submitted invoices and reimbursements.

Prepare monthly accrual and In-Kind report to be submitted to AP, for all Head Start program grants.

Supports the director in researching grant/funding opportunities from local, state, and federal sources. Assists the director with grant preparation of all fiscal requirements.
