  • Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level which is directly related to this line of work AND fluency in English and Indonesian.

    Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Experience must confirm applicant's mastery of journalism and knowledge of the broadcasting principles, practices and methods by demonstration of the following: (1) Expertise in video productions, including conceptualizing, researching, lighting, shooting, writing and editing; (2) Ability to develop and produce programs that are technically and aesthetically comparable to those created by commercial television in Indonesia and that will appeal to Indonesian audiences; and (3) Knowledge of national and international news events and trends in order to effectively direct and supervise production of live or taped news or public affairs programs.


    Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
