Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a ServiceNow Administrator to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC locations. The ServiceNow Administrator will work with a team to manage the enhancement, configuration and maintenance of a ServiceNow system.

Responsibilities
• Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Work closely with multiple service desk teams to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams
• Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications
• Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow
• Develop systems integrations and process automation
• Perform testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experienced in Application Development
• Successfully Upgraded a ServiceNow Instance/Upgrade
• Ability to create and manage reports
• Experienced in providing metrics for Senior Management
• Experienced in creating documentation and SOPs

Desired Qualifications
• AA/AS
• Experience implementing ServiceNow from planning stages to full implementation
• Additional ServiceNow training and certifications
• Experience in a Service Desk Environment
