    Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such specialized experience is defined as knowledge of all aspects of multimedia (web, radio, television); demonstrated knowledge in the presentation and production of news, entertainment, panel discussions, and coverage of special events on radio programs both live and recorded; planning, organizing, producing, directing, recording and broadcasting programs for radio, television and web; including knowledge in development technologies in order to product state-of-the art multimedia and social media content.

    Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
