  • To be qualified for the GS-14 IT Specialist (InfoSec) position, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level or pay band in the Federal service that includes performing the following duties: establishing risk-management procedures and ensuring techniques are applied to all new or modified computer applications; investigating security incidents for cause and developing corrective action; troubleshooting problems throughout the system; and monitoring the performance of the system.

    This position requires IT related experience demonstrating in each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communications and Problem Solving. Your resume must demonstrate that you have obtained these competencies through your work experience.
