Job Description: Masters level social worker or counselor knowledgeable about mental health and substance use disorders. Responsible for incoming calls from customers in crisis. Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician is responsible for assessing and determining risk level for crisis calls. Responsible for determination of appropriate level of care for customers who are a potential risk to themselves or others. Working knowledge of available resources for mental health and substance use disorders for adults and children. Assist with evaluation of available services and referrals needed. Works collaboratively with care coordination managers in the field. Behavioral Health Clinician will be office based. Education Level

Masters level degree in Social Work or Counseling required. Two years crisis counseling experience working with mental health and substance use disorders acute or assessment required. One year experience working with vulnerable populations required.

Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Department/Position Overview:
