Front Desk Coordinator

The Outpatient Wellness Clinic providers medication management and psychotherapy services to a diverse population of children, family and adults with behavioral health conditions. The Front Desk Coordinator maintains a variety of administrative responsibilities to ensure effective operation of the Outpatient Wellness Clinic.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule patient appointments 25%
Check patients in and out using electronic medical record, verify insurance, collect account balances 25%
Assist with taking patient vitals 25%
Verify patient insurance 10%
Assist providers with clerical duties such as scanning and faxing 10%
Other duties as assigned 10%
The Outpatient Wellness Clinic is open from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday, and 8:00AM - 3:00 PM on Fridays. Shifts will vary, and will include openings and closings.
