As Director of Human Resources you will be charged with delivering a full complement of contemporary, right-sized, HR services and situationally appropriate solutions in support of Hillwood’s workforce and strategic objectives.   

The successful candidate will have demonstrated senior-level HR experience including setting strategy to support organizational growth and building engagement in a 100+ person organization.  A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university is required.   Additional formal studies and related training will set you apart from other applicants as will demonstrated success working in an arts or non-profit organization.
