Optima Health is hiring a licensed professional to serve in the role of EAP Counselor and join our Employee Assistance Program- Operations team in Virginia Beach, VA.
Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm, with one evening per week until 7pm. Occasional on-call.
This position will be located at our Virginia Beach office at the Bayside Medical Plaza. In addition to direct client contact, this position involves management consults, critical incident response, crisis response and the presentation of clinically-based training to contract agencies. Flexibility to work off-site when necessary for crisis situations is a must.
