Job Description: The Director will lead the program integration processes, including all subcontractor and vendor relationships, managing an estimated $25M annual spend. This role will drive for value, performance and compliance for all internal and subcontracted business processes, leading end-to-end documentation and processes re-engineering, as needed. The director will also be responsible for day to day relations and contract performance with the Virginia Medicaid agency (DMAS), advocating for Optima concerns, and maintaining the diplomatic and collegial style used to manage this key customer relationship. The Director will be part of the leadership team for this program, collaborating in setting program budget, goals and strategic initiatives. The Director will have a direct impact on planning, execution and results for the Optima Health Community Care program. Education Level

Optima Health is hiring a Director of Contract Management and Integration to support our Managed Long Term Services and Support / Government Programs team in Norfolk, VA.

Hours/Shift:

Full time business hours with occasional travel to the Richmond, VA area.

Department/Position Overview:

The dynamic professional that helps lead this division will be instrumental to multiple departments including but not limited to: contracts , claims, network, clinical, reporting as well as our external vendors and network providers. Extensive experience with regulatory contract management and or LTSS will be essential in this role and our compliance and partnership with DMAS (Department of Medical Assistance Services).
