Property management financial analyst
This position is responsible for development of systems and data to track, measure and evaluate the performance of all HOC owned real estate assets assigned to the Property Management Division. This position provides technical support and assistance to the Director of Property Management and the Asset Management Team. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining tracking systems to monitor compliance with regulations, policies and procedures. The work of the position is instrumental in the development of the agencyâ€™s property budgets, particularly as it relates to real estate assets. Will support the activities of the Property Management Division through analysis and critique of project proposals and may perform special assignments and research projects as assigned. Will perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested, manage REAC and other property inspection schedules. Will assist in the preparation of periodic senior management reports and financial updates. Will assist in preparation of financial analyses for Committee review for significant investment decisions. Will build computer models to project various financial returns and property values utilizing Excel. Will review portfolio of assets to assist in the assessment of compliance with regulatory documents and HOC policies and procedures. Will provide financial support to asset managers and property operations regarding the impact of operational activities and proposed initiatives.
