Our client in downtown Washington, DC is recruiting for a Temp-to-Hire Research Manager to their team of high-performing professionals. As a key member of this team, you will actively lead and support the research programmatic activities of the Association by helping to develop and administer surveys, analyze institutional data, and create descriptive and complex statistical tables. You will also provide project management and critical administrative support to their research activities. You will also take the lead on managing surveys and research projects.
Components of the job will include data preparation and database maintenance, data analysis, data dissemination, and creating data dashboards. These duties will include downloading and analyzing survey data; updating and/or editing the SQL scripts; organizing institutional survey contacts' information and correspondence and ensuring high response rates by facilitating outreach to target audiences. Will also provide statistical analysis and review of survey data and independently conduct analysis of data.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, along with five years of analytical and research skills and experience. Will also need working knowledge of SQL and SPSS (including syntax), as well as strong MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint.
